About Us
The Polish Farm Advisory and Training Centre is a private organisation dedicated to farm advisory services, enhancing the entrepreneurial spirit in rural areas, and fostering rural development. Its primary goal is to improve the livelihoods of rural inhabitants by providing expert and personalised advice in agriculture and offering a variety of training courses and materials focused on environmental protection, sustainability, food safety, green growth, and permaculture. A significant aspect of the organisation’s mission is promoting female entrepreneurship and supporting women in the agri-food sector.
Our Services
With a dedicated team, we ensure high-quality services and effective implementation of training programs. The staff is skilled in agriculture, sustainability, project management, and educational delivery, ensuring the success of initiatives aimed at rural empowerment. Through these efforts, we make substantial contributions to the development and delivery of innovative materials, tools, and also programmes for rural communities.

Training
Our Training Centre offers green career counselling to enhance diverse employment opportunities and stimulate green economy. We champion the concept of lifelong learning through European projects that are focused on school and adult education, vocational education and training, and the sharing of best practices at EU and national levels. Shared materials are made widely accessible to rural population, ensuring equal access to knowledge and training resources for all, bridging the gap between urban and rural areas.

Networking
Additionally, we promote social inclusion in rural areas by offering wide networking opportunities and being part of the network of private farm advisors in Poland. We target both human and capital resources to improve services and empower the rural population, leading to increased access to education, enhanced vitality, and attraction of future capital to rural communities. These efforts aim to improve the quality of life in multiple rural areas and contribute to territorial balance across Poland and the EU.

Promoting
We promote entrepreneurship among young people from rural areas, we also encourage rural empowerment and agri-sustainability solutions by supporting multifunctional farms. The Polish Farm Advisory and Training Centre helps all farmers process and sell their products directly to consumers, creating long-time added value and strengthening the agricultural sector by fostering high-quality, traditional goods.

The project 2024-1-LT01-KA220-VET-000248582, titled “FarmForward – Climate-resilient Farming Education for Vocational Trainers and Farmers”, is an EU-funded initiative addressing the challenges of increasingly unpredictable weather conditions, water scarcity, and soil degradation in agriculture. Its main goal is to identify training gaps among vocational educators and farmers through a needs analysis and to equip them with practical tools and methods for climate-resilient farming. The project develops resources such as the Climate-Resilient Farming Handbook, training workshops, and educational materials designed to enhance knowledge and skills in sustainable agricultural practices. Additionally, FarmForward fosters dialogue between agricultural practice and policymaking by collecting field data and translating it into actionable recommendations for policymakers. The project Biopesticide for Our Future aims to strengthen knowledge, skills and practical competencies related to sustainable agriculture, with a strong focus on biological control agents as environmentally friendly alternatives to chemical pesticides. Partners from Türkiye, Poland, Greece and Belgium work together to promote innovative, climate-friendly and safe food production methods aligned with EU Green Deal objectives.
The initiative supports teachers, students, agricultural advisers, farmers and rural communities in gaining practical experience with:
• Integrated Pest Management (IPM),
• Biological and biotechnical plant protection methods,
• Permaculture and regenerative agriculture,
• Sustainable food chains,
• Environmental and climate-aware farming practices.
By exchanging good practices, conducting workshops, field visits and trainings, the project aims to increase the use of biological control agents, raise environmental awareness and strengthen entrepreneurial skills within the agricultural sector.
AgriGreenSkills: Empowering Farmers and Trainers for the European Green Deal

AgriGreenSkills aims to equip small-scale farmers and agricultural trainers with accessible green skills and digital competences to successfully adapt to the European Green Deal. The project focuses especially on farmers with limited formal education and low digital literacy, ensuring that sustainability becomes practical, understandable, and economically viable for all.
The project pursues the following key objectives:
• Introduce basic green skills related to sustainable farming, climate adaptation, biodiversity conservation, soil and water management.
• Reduce resistance to green policies by clarifying EU sustainability requirements and highlighting economic opportunities (eco-certifications, subsidies, climate-smart practices).
• Develop an inclusive digital training model tailored to farmers with low digital confidence.
• Enhance digital literacy through accessible, video-based and mobile-friendly learning.
• Strengthen collaboration and civic engagement between farmers, cooperatives, VET providers, and policymakers.
AgriGreenSkills will deliver the AgriGreen Hub, an open-access and user-friendly digital training platform designed to support farmers in developing green and digital competences. The project will create interactive learning modules featuring video-based lessons, real-life case studies, and step-by-step practical guidance to ensure that sustainability concepts are clear and applicable in everyday farming practice. The platform and materials will be piloted with farmers across partner countries to guarantee their relevance, accessibility, and usability in different rural contexts. In addition, the project will produce policy and practical recommendations to support the sustainable transition of the agricultural sector, alongside a dissemination and sustainability strategy that enables agricultural associations and VET providers to continue using, promoting, and updating the materials beyond the project’s lifetime.
UGREEN: Promoting Youth Green Initiatives for Sustainable Societies

UGREEN aims to empower young people to actively participate in green initiatives and sustainable development by strengthening their entrepreneurial mindset, environmental awareness, and practical skills. At the same time, the project enhances the capacity of youth workers to effectively guide and support young people – especially those with fewer opportunities – towards green careers and eco-friendly initiatives.
The project seeks to:
• Raise environmental awareness and instil a sustainability mindset among young people.
• Develop practical, hands-on knowledge of renewable energy, permaculture, water and waste management, and sustainable construction.
• Build the capacity of youth workers to mentor youth in green entrepreneurship and eco-innovation.
• Encourage creation of green jobs and local initiatives, linking environmental protection with economic opportunities.
• Strengthen transnational cooperation and exchange of best practices in sustainability and youth work.
UGREEN will produce three key intellectual outputs. The first is the UGREEN Guidebook, a multilingual resource covering six green sectors: renewable energy, green buildings, sustainable transport, water, waste, and land management. The guidebook will serve as a practical tool for youth workers and young people to explore green initiatives and entrepreneurship opportunities. The second result is a structured Training Programme titled “How to Involve Youth with Green Initiatives,” designed to equip youth workers with the skills and methodologies needed to engage young people in sustainability and green entrepreneurship. The third output is the Catalog of Practical Activities for Green Initiatives, a hands-on resource featuring real-life examples, practical activities, and success stories to inspire youth participation in environmental projects.
Through workshops, pilot testing, and a valorisation conference, UGREEN will strengthen youth engagement in sustainability, promote green jobs and entrepreneurship, and foster long-term cooperation between youth organizations and green sector stakeholders across partner countries.
Open Doors: Building accessibility in European tourism

Open Doors aims to improve the professional competences of tourism operators in the field of universal accessibility and inclusive tourism. By equipping professionals with concrete knowledge and practical skills, the project seeks to enhance the quality and competitiveness of European tourism services while promoting greater social inclusion for people with disabilities and other vulnerable groups.
The project objectives are:
• Enhance the skills of 90 tourism operators—including tour guides, hospitality managers, and travel agency staff—through the development and implementation of a structured training programme on accessible and inclusive tourism, applicable to both urban and rural contexts.
• Indirectly improve the inclusion of disadvantaged groups, such as people with motor and sensory disabilities, elderly individuals, and families with young children, by ensuring better access to tourism services delivered by trained professionals.
• Actively involve civil society actors, tourism stakeholders, and local institutions in order to raise awareness about accessibility in tourism and promote shared European values of inclusion, diversity, and civic participation.
Open Doors will develop and implement a structured training programme on universal accessibility and inclusive tourism, based on stakeholder consultation and the collection of best practices across partner countries. The project will produce a comprehensive analytical document mapping needs and good practices, which will serve as the foundation for the training curriculum.
Through transnational cooperation, the project will strengthen the capacities of participating organisations, create a shared European approach to accessible tourism, and disseminate results via local conferences, a multilingual website, and the Erasmus+ Project Results Platform. Ultimately, Open Doors will contribute to improving the quality, inclusiveness, and labour market relevance of vocational education and training in the tourism sector across Europe.
AGRI-GIS: Training Program for Enhancing the Management and Analysis of Geographical Information by Agriculture Technicians

AGRI-GIS aims to increase the competences of agriculture technicians in the use of emerging Geographic Information Systems (GIS) solutions to better manage the impact of climate change on their plots and crops. The project focuses on strengthening digital, analytical, and sustainability skills so that technicians can effectively integrate geospatial data into their daily decision-making processes, improving both productivity and environmental performance.
The project pursues the following key objectives:
• Seeks to design an innovative, work-based Training Methodology that supports agriculture technicians in applying GIS tools directly to real farm conditions.
• Develop novel Training Resources, including practical case studies based on regional geospatial data from partner countries, addressing challenges such as water stress, pests, soil degradation, and extreme weather events.
• Produce a comprehensive Guide for Trainers to enhance the competences of VET educators and enable them to adapt and replicate the training programme in different EU regions.
• Ensure strong impact, dissemination, and sustainability of results at national and European levels.
AGRI-GIS will deliver an innovative Training Methodology based on practical, work-oriented learning principles. It will produce a set of Training Resources, including region-specific case studies developed with real geospatial data and an e-training platform supporting flexible access to learning materials. In addition, the project will develop a detailed Guide for Trainers, enabling adaptation of the training programme to different European contexts through the creation of new local case studies.
Through pilot training activities involving at least 60 agriculture technicians and wide dissemination, AGRI-GIS will strengthen the digital and green competences of the agricultural workforce and support the twin transition of the EU agriculture sector.
